Music ministry
Our music ministries are a vital part of our worship experience

The Adult Choir is directed by our Minister of Music, Kurt Staven and rehearses on Sunday mornings at 8:30 a.m. in the choir room, and help to lead our 10:00 a.m. service from September through June as well as special services such as Thanksgiving Eve, Christmas Eve, and Holy Week.

The Contemporary Music Team helps to lead worship at the 5:00 p.m. service on Saturdays. This group consists of piano, guitars, and other special instruments, as well as singers.

The New Episcopeals Handbell Choir, directed by Jeffery Heath, rehearses on Monday evenings starting at 6:30 p.m. in the church.  The Handbells came to St. Francis in January of 2009 – a gift from the former St. John’s Episcopal Church in Worcester. They play two to three times a year, often at holidays.
