On June 11, Church School wrapped up the year with our annual Year End Banner Party! The kids had a great time making our new banner, playing Church School bingo, and feasting on yummy snacks! It was so fun seeing everyone before the busy summer months. Our banner is going to look wonderful! Keep your eyes peeled for it in Fellowship Hall soon.
We also recognized our three fifth graders, Graham Jenson, Emma Milan, and Addison Mellors, who will be moving up to Youth Group next year. Their enthusiasm and fun spirits will be missed in church school each week!
THANK YOU to our church school teachers and assistants! Church school would not happen without the fantastic people who volunteer their time to teach our children. They are kind, patient, and wonderful and I can't thank them enough for all their help.
THANK YOU also goes out to our church school parents for sharing their children with us. The young people of our church are so bright, witty, and eager to learn each week. They have made some sweet friendships along the way that have been a blessing to watch blossom this year.
There is no church school during the summer, BUT there are still resources for your kiddos! There are books, coloring bags/books, and Children's Worship Bulletins every week to keep those little hands busy during service. Church School will start back up in September.
