Refreshment Breakfast

On March 30th we celebrated Refreshment Sunday with a community breakfast. We were treated to a variety of wonderful baked goods, scrambled eggs, pancakes, homefries, and a gorgeous fruit salad. I was very grateful for the small moments shared, celebrating someone's masterful homemade bagels, watching my children flip pancakes and crack eggs, listening to music with the prep crew on Saturday, sharing stories and jokes with friends. Events like this with our church family give us these special moments for connection, joy and thankfulness of God’s love reflected in our own lives.
