On Saturday, August 25th, St. Francis Church once again provided a motivated group of volunteers to support Holden Days! The one day event, sponsored by the Wachusett Area Chamber of Commerce, is an annual opportunity to eat great food, hear wonderful music, visit local businesses, and meet friends, old and new. St. Francis Church volunteers, wearing our bright yellow volunteer shirts, were again instrumental in assisting folks setting up in the morning, keeping the grounds clean and pleasant, and helping to wrap-up from a full day of fun in the sun…and luckily, this year was a beautiful day in the sun! A big “THANK YOU” to all of our volunteers, and please put next year’s Holden Days on your calendar…always a Saturday at the end of August.
